Party Reservation Request Form (Please Print this Form)

Have a party at the pool!
If you’d like to host a party at the pool this summer the Club will be taking reservations for group events. There is a $50 reservation fee for the party and all guest fees will then be waived. Please check the existing Social Calendar of Events (which is located at the front desk of the pool) for conflicts and then fill in this form (forms are also located at the front desk in the party reservation notebook). The form and reservation fee can be dropped off with the pool manager or mailed to Jen Scanlon, 4208 Flower Valley Drive, Rockville, MD 20853. Any questions?
