Swim Team Coaching Opportunities
Do you think you have what it takes to be a Coach for the Flower Valley Frogs? Well you have come to the right place to find out. At the Flower Valley Swim Team Coaching Opportunities Site, you will find out what kinds of coaching positions may be available and what it takes to qualify for each position. You will also learn how to apply for a position and will be able to down load an application form. There is also information about how and when our coaches are selected and a phone number to call for additional information.

Coaching Positions
There are a wide variety of coaching positions here at Flower Valley. Following is a very brief description of each position. To find out more about each position and some guidelines for what it takes to qualify, just click on the position title. Please note that our listing of the position does not mean that all positions are available. In many cases, existing coaches may be returning and there may not be openings at some of the levels. When applying, indicate your first and second choice for a position.

Head Coach
Manages the Flower Valley Swim Team. Recruits and trains new coaches and delegates coaching and administrative responsibilities. Works with the team reps and develops procedures for practices and meets.

Assistant Coach :
Assists the head coach in the management of the team including the planning, conducting and evaluating of practices and meets.

Coaches in Training :
Learns how to assist the head coach in the management of the team including the planning, conducting and evaluating of practices and meets.

Pre-Team Head Coach :
Works closely with the head coaches to manage the Flower Valley Pre-Team. Recruits and trains pre-team coaches and delegates pre-team coaching and administrative responsibilities. Works with the pre-team reps and develops procedures for practices and meets.

Pre-Team Assistant Coach :
Assists the pre-team head coach in the management of the pre-team including the planning, conducting and evaluating of practices and meets.

Pre-Team Coaches in Training :
Learns how to assist the pre-team head coach in the management of the pre-team including the planning, conducting and evaluating of practices and meets.
